Eligibility Criteria For Indian Navy MR/SSR 1 2025

Eligibility criteria for Navy MR (Matric Recruit) and SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit) in the Indian Navy in aspects of educational qualification and age limit are mentioned below.

Educational Qualification

SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit): Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Physics, Mathematics, or one of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, or Computer Science.

MR (Matric Recruit): Candidates must have completed their Class 10 (High School) examination from a recognized board in India.

Age Limit

Navy MR and SSR Notification 2025: Candidates must born after November 1, 2004, and before April 30, 2008.

Physical Requirements

Height: 157 cm for male candidates and 152 cm for female candidates.

Running: 1.6 kilometres in 6 minutes 30 seconds for males and 8 minutes for females.

Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 times for males and 15 times for females.

Push Ups: 12 times for males only.

Sit-ups: 10 times for females only.
