Parmanu Defence has a strict schedule — they train you just like a cadet and not a student. Regular physical training is tiring yet gratifying. Class management is strict, and study timings are also predetermined. The same discipline applies in the hostel room. The schedule has instilled a defence-like attitude in me and has also increased my confidence for NDA as well as Airforce X/Y exams.
Discipline is taught at Parmanu, but discipline is practiced. There is morning PT, which is compulsory and very rigorous, and the result has a bearing on building stamina and determination. The classes are lengthy and very routine, with rigorous attendance. The hostel has a disciplined schedule with appropriate study time and bedtime. The staff and instructors are strict and cooperative — they ensure that you get ready in body and mind for defence services.

WHAT IS THE ACC WRITTEN EXAM?
The ACC exam is known as the Army Cadet College exam, which is conducted by the Indian Army to select candidates for admission into the Army Cadet College in Dehradun. The exam is open to soldiers and ex-servicemen who wish to become officers in the Indian Army. The selection process includes a written exam, SSB interview, and medical examination. Candidates who pass the ACC exam are trained to become officers in the Indian Army. This exam covers various subjects such as mathematics, general knowledge, English, and reasoning abilities.
Education Requirement – 10+2 (any stream) Training – Four years (Three years in ACC wing and one year at IMA) Degree Remark – Graduate Degree from ACC Wing Age – 20 to 27 years Gender – Only Males Martial Status – Married or Unmarried

RESULTS OF ACC EXAMINATION
Results of the ACC written exam in 3-4 months after the written exam. The same can be viewed at http://joinindianarmy.nic.in/. Being a competitive exam and there is no fixed cut-off percentage for passing. Candidates who perform better are sent the call letters for SSB interviews. The final merit list is prepared after the SSB interviews’ final result and displayed on the Indian Army website. Joining instructions are sent to students based on vacancies available as per the merit list.
